The 2007 all-new Acura RDX sport utility vehicle has captured the 2007 AJAC Utility Vehicle of the Year award following last October’s Testfest held near Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. The RDX had won the “Best New CUV Between $35,000 and $60,000″ category in results released earlier.
The RDX marks Acura’s first turbocharged model and features Acura’s patented SH-AWD all-wheel drive system.
Jim Miller, executive vice president of Honda Canada Inc was quoted as saying, “With Acura RDX being voted the Canadian Utility of the Year, Canadian consumers can rely on AJAC’s third-party evaluation when selecting a luxury crossover utility vehicle”.
